Web Bazaar is an IT company based out of Bangalore. We provide website and ongoing website related services to our customers. We have served few 1000 customers, a team size of around 30+ people and 3 franchisee offices in Maharashtra and Karnataka. We are a fast growing company in our domain expanding within Bangalore as well as in other geographies.
For our headquarters in Bangalore, we are looking for an experienced candidate to handle our accounts section. An ideal candidate would require minimal supervision and should be able to handle our accounting processes timely and accurately.
Main Job Roles and Responsibilities :
-- Complete general ledger operations.
-- Billing and collections.
-- Prepare journal entries.
-- Generating MIS Reports.
-- Experience in preparing P&L and Balance Sheet.
-- Should Know Tally thoroughly.
-- Generating Invoices from the Tally.
-- Bookkeeping in Tally.
-- Expense Tracking/Vendor Management.
-- Assist with year end closings.
-- Administer accounts receivable, accounts payable and followup.
-- Service tax,TDS return preparation & filing.
-- Prepare tax computations and returns.
-- Assist with payroll ( Salary, Reimbursement) administration.
-- Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
-- Account Statement /Bank statement reconciliations.
-- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
-- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
-- Maintaining petty cash.
-- Miscellaneous administrative tasks & front desk responsibility.
Education and Experience :
-- Bachelor's degree or equivalent( BBA/M.com,MBAFinance).
-- Should have experience in accounting principles and practices.
-- Expertise in finance principles.
-- Expertise financial reporting.
-- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
-- Technical accounting skills.
-- Previous experience of general accounting.
-- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
