Job Requirements :

-- Past experience in outbound selling preferably in a B2B scenario. Financial services selling is preferred.
-- Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Languages: English and Kannada
-- Good understanding of the Bangalore market for website and SEO services.
-- Self motivated and ability to deliver results.
-- Should have managed a team of telecallers or sales executive in the past.

Job Description :

-- Recruit, train and manage performance of a team of 6-10 people consisting of (mostly) telecallers and sales executive.
-- Develop deep understanding of the website market, online software market and use that knowledge to creatively solve customer problems.
-- Work closely with telesales executive to develop their knowledge and help them become successful. Define and coordinate sales training program for executives to realize their potential.
-- Manage daily operations of the call center including personnel, scheduling, training, reporting and outbound lead pipelines
-- Ensure that the sales activities are reported daily through the CRM system. Provide detailed and accurate sales reports and forecasting
-- Oversee achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals. Maintain excellent service levels, monitor performance and ensure employee performance meets established metrics and benchmarks.
-- Help TMEs develop, monitor and manage individual pipelines of Rs. 6 lacs /60 deals.
-- Keep the team motivated while moving opportunities through stages. Sales cycle of 4-12 weeks is expected.
-- Implement innovative strategies to cut down on sales cycle.
-- Create, update and manage collaterals for use by telesales executive
-- Implement, review, update call center policies and procedures
-- Work closely with field sales manager and marketing manager to identify market opportunities and implement acquisition plans to capture them. Develop and implement business tactics to support organizational strategies and goals
-- Identify database sources and work closely with database acquisition team to generate sufficient databases for cold calling.
