	Himanshu Sahani / CEO Himanshu Sahani is the Chief Executive Officer of Web Bazaar - a web design company with its headquarter in Bangalore.
Himanshu is passionate about entrepreneurship and loves the intersection of business and technology. His creative thinking and efforts have greatly influenced Web Bazaar’s ability to both penetrate and execute in the Indian market. Himanshu is currently working on creating the right product mix to scale Web Bazaar’s offerings. He is also responsible for contributing and building the Web Bazaar’s brand, marketing and sales strategies. Prior to Web Bazaar he had co founded a company called Cheese Care. Himanshu holds an engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) - Roorkee and has done PGSEM from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) - Bangalore.

Shweta Shetty / COO
Shweta Shetty is the Chief Operating Officer of Web Bazaar.
Shweta has captured the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market and made it her specialty area.

In the 4 years of Web Bazaar’s journey she has held many positions and her highly ‘process oriented approach’ towards customer management has helped create a scalable infrastructure at Web Bazaar. Currently, she is working on building and managing Franchisee engagements and scaling delivery. She is best characterized by her unique approach to leadership and team management.
Shweta comes with great amount of experience from the banking sector. Prior to Web Bazaar she held the positions of Territory Manager at HDFC Bank and Team Lead - Personal Loans at ICICI Bank, Mumbai.
Shweta has a degree in Law and Masters of Commerce from Mumbai University and a PGDBA from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore.

Balaji Swaminathan / Delivery Manager
S.Balaji is the calm and collected one. His patience in handling queries and concerns of small businesses makes him a perfect fit

for the Delivery Manager's role. He spearheads the delivery of all website projects at Web Bazaar. His solution oriented approach and excellent co ordination skills ensures that every customer is well taken care of and happy with the results produced. Balaji has been with Web Bazaar since it's very inception and has successfully managed multiple roles in the company. He holds a management degree from ICFAI.

Janardhan Reddy / Delivery Manager
Reddy is a dynamic and energetic delivery manager and wears many hats in Web Bazaar. he primarily supports Balaji in ensuring that the

turn around time of every website delivered is in check. He also heads the QA and training team at Web Bazaar. He ensures that the Delivery team's skill sets and knowledge base are constantly expanding . Being a persuasive person and an expert at handling customers he supports in Sales and escalation management too. Prior to Web Bazaar, he was into client servicing at Indiamart and Trade India. He holds a MBA from IIPM.
