- What is CMS - Content Management System?
CMS is the Content Management System, we have built in house which helps the customer to have full control on his site's content and images. It is a simple web page editor allowing you to add new web pages, edit existing ones or to delete older unwanted pages provided you have additional pages stocked. You can also upload images to your pages, and always ensure your website is up to date and your content is fresh. Updates are instant and this is an ideal solution for small websites who are keen on keeping their website interesting and up to date. Taking control of your site with a content management system also has great advantages as far as your search engine rankings are concerned. All search engines like to see that websites are updated regularly and favour sites that alter their content on a regular basis. Our solution produces search engine friendly web pages and also allows you to create your own page titles and meta tags.
In a nutshell we can create a web design for your internet business that allows you to update the pages of your website whenever you feel like it. You are in complete control of the content on your website and can manage the content on your web pages with the CMS software. There will be no need to ask your web designer to update or amend any of your text or images, you can do it yourself! Step One: Design Selection
On sign up, all you have to do is to select one of the designs from close to 1000 designs in our design gallery and we will customize the selected design to your needs with a maximum of 3 iterations allowed. A design checklist is shared with you at this stage which assists our designers understand your requirement better.
Step Two: Domain and Email id creation
We will check the availability of the Domain name you desire and book the same for you. You can also give us the details of the email ids to be created and the same will be created for you.
Step Three: HTML and CMS upload
Once the design has been selected and the customizations approved by you, we will send the same for HTMLization and the same will be then uploaded on to our CMS for content and image upload. Please note that modification to the design layout, once approved cannot be made after this stage.
Step Four: Content and Images
You need to provide us with the content and images suitable for your site. The same is then uploaded using our Content Management System. You are requested to give details of the manner in which you wish to see the content uploaded on to the site.
Step Five: Site Publish
A demo link will be shown to the client post upload of the content and images. Once you have approved the demo link the site can be taken LIVE. - What is the Delivery Schedule followed?
Here are the details of the Delivery Schedule followed:- Site structure with Home page & inner page design layout will be provided within 2 working days from the day of sign up and receipt of the Design checklist
- Once the Design Approval mail is received from the customer the same is sent for HTML/CMS upload which will be done within 2 working days. Please note that once the selected design layout has been HTMLized there will be no more layout changes to the same.
- The content according to the site structure decided shall be provided by the customer within 3 working days from the day of approval of Site structure and design layout.
- Demo Link of the website created will be provided within 2 working days after receiving the content.
- Final website will be hosted on receipt of the balance payment and the CMS login/password will be given to the customer at the same time.
- In how many days will the site be published?
We can publish the site within 7 working days post finalization of the design template for your website, provided the content and images are provided by the client on time. - What are the payment terms?
On sign up the customer pays 50 % of the package amount in advance and the balance 50% on approval of the completed demo link shown. On full payment the site will go LIVE. - When does my Subscription begin?
The day you sign up for our service and make the first payment that is when your subscription cycle begins. You will have to renew your subscription every year in order to continue enjoying our services. - Can you show me some sites that you have created? How many sites

We have not defined the space in terms of MB / Kb etc.We offer unlimited space. The space is just defined by the number of pages on your site. The more number of pages you add to your site the space expands accordingly. - How many days does it take to close a change request?
Typically it should not take more than 3 working days to close the change request sent by our client on the CMS to the Web Bazaar team. - Can you give me a demo of the CMS? (CMS Manual)

As mentioned, Web Bazaar is a hosted subscription based model. The maintenance of your site is Web Bazaar's responsibility as long as your subscription continues with Web bazaar. You can use the Content Management System for making any content or image related change on your site by yourself. - What do you mean by Search Engine Friendly Websites?
Search engines mimic the behavior of users and a good content based site will have good SEO rating. Web bazaar's CMS will help you manage and update content at regular intervals. Besides this, site built by Web Bazaar are search engine friendly as we follow all the W3C standards of site building which includes div based HTML's, Clean URL's, Title tags, meta keywords, meta description, sitemaps etc on your site. We cannot assure you a page ranking and no other SEO company can guarantee a page ranking to you. However, we can guarantee that the necessary framework for your site to be search engine friendly is in place. - What technology do you use?
We have used PHP to build our CMS and the same is used to build our sites. - What type of CMS do you use?
The CMS has been developed in house using PHP technology - Where is your server located? What type of Servers do you use?
We have independent dedicated servers that are located in Texas, USA and all the websites created by Web Bazaar are hosted on the same. - Will you give me email ids ? How many ?
Email ids are bundled in your package. You will get your own email accounts like you@yourdomain.com.The number of email accounts depends on the package you purchase. In the basic package you get 5 email ids associated with your domain name and in the premium package you get 10 email ids. Additional email ids can be purchased. - What if I want to replace my existing email id with a new one, Can
this be done?
All the email ids you want us to create will be treated as a new email id, irrespective of the one that you want us to delete or recreate. The extra email ids should be bought in batches of 5. - Can you create a design for me, I mean a customized design for my
website?

Web Bazaar’s offering is a hosted, subscription based model and the CMS based websites we create can be hosted on our servers only. As a result we cannot allow the sites created by Web Bazaar to be hosted on any other server. - Can I buy additional features or upgrade my account at a later stage?
Yes, you can very buy additional features or upgrade your account any time during your current subscription. - Who owns the Domain?
Web Bazaar is the administrator contact for all the domains booked through Web Bazaar and you remain the Registrant for the same. The administrative contacts can be changed whenever you wish to disengage your relationship or discontinue your subscription with Web Bazaar. - Will you buy a domain for me? Will I be able to get my own domain name?
Yes. You can select a domain name of your choice, subject to its availability. We will buy the domain on your behalf but still ensure that you remain the ultimate owner of this Domain. - I have an existing website and want to come onto your CMS platform but I
want to use the same domain, what details do you need from me?
Yes. You can use an existing domain name by simply updating the name server information. Details are provided on signing up. You can also contact support to assist you in this. - Why Web Bazaar?

Adding your account
- Open Thunderbird, go to "Tools -> Account Settings", click the "Add Account" button, select "Email Account" and click "Next".
- Enter your name in the "Your Name:" field, and enter your entire Email address (yourid@domainname.com) in the "Email Address:" field. Click the "Next" button.
- Select "POP" as the account type and enter pop.gmail.com in the "Incoming Server" field. Enter smtp.gmail.com in "Outgoing Server". Click the "Next" button.
- Enter your entire Email address (yourid@domainname.com) in both the "Incoming User Name:" field and the "Outgoing User Name:" field. Click the "Next" button.
- Enter a name (such as "Neev Mail") for your Email account in the "Account Name:" field, click the "Next" button and then the "Finish" button. There will now be a new account showing in "Account Settings" called "Neev mail" or whatever you named it.
- Select Server Settings from the folder list below your new account.
- Change "Port" to 995.
- Find the Security Settings section and select SSL.
- Check the checkbox for "Check for new messages at startup" and "Automatically download new messages".
- Click on "Outgoing Server" and Edit the smtp settings.
- Make sure "smtp.gmail.com" is the outgoing server and the port no is 587.
- Select the option "TLS" and save the settings.

Enable the account
- Log into your Email account(http://mail.domainname.com) using a browser.
- Click on "Settings - Forwarding and POP/IMAP - POP Download:" and choose "Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on".
- Select "archive Neev Technologies' Copy" in the filed "When messages are accessed with POP"
- Click the "Save Changes" button.
- Will I be able to see my site's visitor statistics?
Web Bazaar will send you a weekly website traffic update that gives details of the number of hits on your site and the places to which these visitors belong. It will also give you details about the source of their visit. You can see details of your site's visitor statistics by going through the weekly website traffic update sent. - How often can I edit the website?
You enjoy unlimited editing access to the website you create using the CMS - all through your subscription period. - How do I host my website?
We will not only design, develop and maintain your site, but also host it for you. The package offered includes hosting cost as well. So you do not need to take on the additional hassle of booking and renewing your hosting space with different vendors.We will take care of all your needs through out. - I still see the old site after I have modified it. What should I do?
Please ensure that you have clicked on "Publish Site" button on your CMS admin panel. Also, please delete the temporary internet files and refresh your browser window. You will be able to see your modified files. - Can I insert my own images in the website?
Yes. You can add your own images to the site. Please note that the images can be in jpg, gif format only. Also, please ensure that the images are not too big as it could hamper your site's performance. - Can you help me with content writing for my site?
We have tied up with some professional content writers in our network and they write professional web content for all our clients. However, this may cost you additionally depending on the number of pages you need to be written for your site. The quote we have is for 8 page content writing (250 words per page) that would cost Rs. 3000/- only. - Do you use anti spam filters in order to avoid spam mail?
We use third party providers who use Spam and antivirus filters in order to protect your emails from any kind of violation. - Why do you restrict us to only 5000 views a day because it would
not be enough in case of more people visiting the site?
Typically web bazaar caters to small and midsized businesses that do not exceed this limit on an average. If you think your website will attract heavy traffic that may exceed the limit of 5000 pages views per day then you may need a dedicated hosted server for your site. In such cases do let us know and we can make vendor recommendations that can help you with the same. - Who will help me if I have any problems in using the CMS?

Web Bazaar will send you reminders when the annual contract is coming to an end so as to ensure you do not miss your renewal. However in case of no response or failing to make the payments before the scheduled date , the same will be deemed as an end of subscription and Web Bazaar will be legally authorized to bring the site down. - Are there any terms and conditions that I should know before

Either Customer or Web Bazaar may terminate or cancel Customer's Account (or any part of the Service) at any time, but Web Bazaar will not refund any prepaid fees upon such termination or cancellation.

To cancel your Service, Customer must call +91 8040905650 or +91 9739973445 .Customer will receive a cancellation confirmation via email after Web Bazaar processes Customer's cancellation request. Web Bazaar reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges or costs incurred before Customer cancels Customer's Account in addition to the applicable cancellation fee(s).
