-- Bachelor’s degree required
-- Prior experience selling technology products, financial services and selling in B2B environment is a plus
-- Well mannered, presentable, organized and strong work ethics.
-- Strong oral and written communication skills.
-- Ability to understand requirements and convey solutions over phone to the customer.
-- Self driven and go-getter. Should be enthusiastic about starting something new.
Job Responsibilities :
-- Lead generation activity by telecalling, cold calling and participating in events to ensure a robust sales pipeline. Planning and formulating innovative sales & marketing strategies to promote sales.
-- Following laid down processes to qualify leads and follow ups - updating CRM on regular basis.
-- Maintain a strong knowledge of website market and Web Bazaar product portfolio.
-- Meeting potential customers, understanding requirements, demoing Web Bazaar product and solutions, creating proposals. Following up on proposals to book the order and collect payments.
-- Working closely with sales manager to identify new customer segments and implementing strategies to capture opportunities.
-- Actively manage a sales pipeline of Rs. 4,00,000+
-- This role requires active travelling within Bangalore.
